Accessing the Library folders on Mac OS X and Mac OS X

Library folder is hidden on Mac OS X How do find my presets? I have unhidden all folders, and it's still not there does anyone know of a fix? The actions that were installed previously are still there in my palette and I can still run them so I know they are on my system, but I wanted to add some new ones to the folder.
